Kunju | 4-storeys | Approved
Return to the Construction Projects list.
Kunju is a four storey mixed-use development located adjacent to a similarly-sized development project at 601 Herald Street.
A communal electric vehicle was agreed to be a component of the project in exchange for reducing the parking requirement to 9 spaces, one of the few instances where a parking space reduction for a downtown residential project was enacted.

Feb 15, 2011 at 3:31 pmI will have to see more floor plans( maybe I just missed them on the website) However it is good to see projects like this with a relative affordable price tag going forward. I actually do not mind infill like this however it reminds me how much i despise that pink stucco imperial palace next door
