Kunju is a four storey mixed-use development located adjacent to a similarly-sized development project at 601 Herald Street.
A communal electric vehicle was agreed to be a component of the project in exchange for reducing the parking requirement to 9 spaces, one of the few instances where a parking space reduction for a downtown residential project was enacted.
In late 2011 this project was placed on-hold by the developer. It is unclear whether or not the project will be revived.

I was wrong: this space will be converted to the sales centre for 200 Douglas.

Or at least on hold... The 200 Douglas decals are up at the showroom on Humboldt, I don't think the space can accomodate two separate developments...
