The 834 | 14-storeys; 40.7m | Residential, commercial
Return to the Construction Projects list.
The 834 is developer David Chard’s third project in downtown Victoria. Following in the footsteps of the Corazon and Juliet condominium towers, the 14-storey The 834 features ground floor retail space and townhomes facing onto Johnson Street. The tower also includes a green roof and a living green wall designed to decrease the building’s environmental footprint.

Jul 14, 2012 at 8:46 pmI bet condo sales would increase if the renderings in the sales brochure had awesome lightning. Who wouldn't want to live in a building that looked like a Metallica album cover?
