Union is a 133 unit, two building condo project with ground-floor retail space. Union’s five-storey buildings span the Buckerfield’s property between the 500-block of Fisgard Street in Chinatown and Pandora Avenue in Old Town.
A prior proposal on the same property, dubbed Bambu, was canceled in the early 2000’s despite a strong response from buyers. Since then the Buckerfield site has sat fenced up.

May 21, 2013 at 10:25 amI notice they've painted one of the plain block walls a red brick colour to blend in. I assume they'll do that to the second big wall.
