I don't know, maybe throw a coat of off-red onto the exposed foundation and lean on the city to provide better law enforcement in the area? Graffiti is totally beyond the developer's control. Once the building is occupied the situation will improve.

Doesn't seem like any of the units have sold.
That ground floor one I'm just not sure what they were thinking.

Well, at least one unit has been sold. Looks to be one of the better top units. You can rent it on Airbnb for $94 a night. Lots of pictures and a floor plan.

I saw some Air BnB-looking cleaners heading into the building today actually. One was wearing a strap-on vacuum.
