Very happy with this hill top location. As for condo's I don't think it gets much better.
As for those comments about Burger Kings emissions, this is up to Burger King not the developer, we are 93 new families and potential customers. I think it would be in Burger King's best interest to take care of their own problems, they are more that able to cover this cost if this should be a problem. The same goes for any business, anything less is a customer repellant.
Common sense must prevail!
