WHAT'S HAPPENING ON CITIFIED VICTORIA
That's being used as a sound buffer and also has a water element facing the buildings.
Do you know if a "sound" engineer was consulted? To my lay person eye doesn't look like that would block much sound.

I'm not sure if it's purchase is necessarily as that, but it help, I'm sure. I seem to recall that that was it's purpose when we discussed it one time but I may be mistaken.

The developer has written us to say that vines and plants will grow over this wall and have already been planted. In response to Marko's question, a sound engineer has been involved with the project from day one and the waterfall will serve as white noise.

Stopped by this development today for a tour and super cool ground floor units with limited common property lawns!
