If anyone is looking for a great deal on a studio (sold out during pre-sales) at the Era this seller has priced theirs below market value in my opinion

Although I'm disappointed that the model doesn't include a miniature cart with a miniature Era model on it.

From the way they're laying it out I suspect it will be a neon sign - which would look very cool against the brick.

Oh ya that would be cool. Lost track of the progress a bit. I moved my office from behind there back to the Atrium last month.

Are Neon Lights allowed in the City outside of Fisgard Street for some reason I think they are banned .

The interior is looking like it's going to be pretty nice. So much subway tile and Cherry Point hardwood floors are going in.

Last week they hadn't started on the flooring. My guess would be January but maybe they will squeeze out some pre-XMAS time.

I think the sign is using back-lit LED lighting - still looks cool against the brick.
