Sales have picked up at the Era....on MLS® they are reporting 5 one bedroom units sold in the last 4 weeks.

That would be a telescope. 

 

Still, this camera's small 1/2.3 sensor allows for a much smaller, lighter, lens that can give you amazing magnification for the money.  At 50x the equivalent 35mm lens would be 1200mm!  Do you realize how big that is!  Nikon makes an awesome 600mm lens for $10K, but it still requires a 2x teleconverter to get you to 1200mm.

 

You also have to be a stud, like this guy, to hand hold this thing as it weighs in at about 15lbs with the camera.

This semi answers my question, but brings up another. Did your purchase in the Era MarkoJ? Not being nosey just genuinely curious as I've seen quite a few of your YouTube videos and you often purchase to rent out the buildings you are promoting.

No architectural gem, but it seems a solid serviceable building. Will have to reserve final judgement once the window film is off and all the details are in.  Looking forward to the lane becoming a square, I think it will do ok.

Yes, I purchased a unit (I discussed it on page #37 of this thread).  I buy units where I see the best value personally, not necessarily in buildings I am "promoting."  I am not associated with any particular developer at this point and time.  My three purchases have gone in this order Chard, Bosa, Concert.

Thanks for the heads up Jonny.  Era will now disappear into the downtown skyline, just like Sovereign did.
