I doubt the excavation is going to be affected by a difference of 72 vs. 84 meters in finished building height. The density, number of units and presumably the number of underground parking stalls will not be affected by a change of height.

It's pretty good. Not a world-beater, but a spiffy tower all the same. I like how it counters the heaping doses of beige, brown, and grey that have characterized several modern buildings around there. It's funny, Centra Gas and First Island Financial aren't drab. Why did it take so long to come back around?

Excavation continues. As far as I know, there has been no final word from the CoV regarding the request for additional height.

Development tracker has moved from "With Applicant" to "Report Preparation." But no new renderings or meeting dates announced, as far as I know

No new plans or renders, but the project description has changed on the development tracker. It is now a DP with Variance for a 26 storey building.
