The sales centre has issued an email advising that down payments are 5% now.

That’s pretty good for a pre-sale. They expect to receive occupancy this spring.

Blurry pic from the View Street parkade. Apologies for the vertical orientation and absence of an artsy filter, but one out of three ain't bad:

The numbers on the lift stack now go up to 26.

Here's another pic from the parkade at the Jubilee Hospital. Enjoy the view while you can because the extended barrier on the top level is nearing completion. From this angle methinks the new vertical pipes would reach at least as high as the top of HP1.

Well that sucks. The parkade at RJH was exactly where I'd hoped to do most of my viewing of HP1.

I know, right? But by turning your head and/or standing in different spots you were able to look in other directions, too. For example, there's a great view of the new architectural masterpiece down on the corner of Bay & Richmond.

In recent years I've had a few opportunities to spend extended amounts of time on higher floors of the Jubilee. I'm not saying the views will make a miserable situation into a pleasant one, but I am saying the views are pretty sweet.

I've also had some opportunities to appreciate the views from Vic General. Promontory and such seem closer than I expected.

I thought the penthouse was two levels, perhaps explaining the 26 on the elevator?

Looks like A2, A5, B3, B6, B7, and C1 layouts are all gone, based on their email?

Also noticed that Townline’s newsletter listed commercial units for lease. Nothing listed for HP1. Does it have no commercial or did they fully lease it?

I thought it didn't have any? Didn't the illustrations just show the lobby and such?

It's hard to tell what it shows there...

Looks like the lobby is behind the first three brick pillars, and the fireplace is on the north wall of the lobby. So does that mean there is some commercial space on the street side (on the other side of that fireplace wall)?

Based on the drawings submitted to the city, there is one CRU on the north west part of the main floor, so fronting Herald and the lane way (behind the fireplace in the lobby). You’ll see it on page 34 of this document: https://pub-victoria...ocumentId=12024

Topped Out...

The interesting architectural elements of the topmost floors are coming into clear focus.  The tall architectural shroud around the roof's mechanical room slops eastward away from my camera.  Click through to flickr to see much more detail, especially if you have an uber high res monitor or TV as flickr now supports up to 6K displays.  I've also put the Hudson Place One photos I've taken into their own album  https://flic.kr/s/aHsmKtkdJV

A trio of zooms:

Just visible from Queens Ave at Wark St.

Yes it's sideways but it appears right side up on my PC.
