Ok, so from dead to not expected to live? Just want to confirm that they had indeed changed their content.
I haven't seen a single article that said he's dead but maybe you saw a different one than I did.

Likely a serious brain injury and the hospital is just waiting for family to arrive. At what point you call the person ''dead' is usually just a technicality.

Good thing that BC has a helmet law for bicyclists.

^ Ends the trial related trauma for the family but also ends the public insight into what actions the other RCMP officer undertook which resulted in that investigation.

I thought the IIO piece was still ongoing? Has the Crown made a decision on the IIO report?

Traffic through North Park is nuts right now and it can't be just the crane going up.
It's been like that all afternoon. I am curious as to the reason.

I walk home from work through quadra/vancouver/pandora every day and I also noticed an insane amount of traffic around that area just today. There was a line of cars trying to turn left waiting at the new light at Pandora and Quadra backed up past cook, but cross traffic was also nuts. I could see with Vancouver blocked off people were all turning left from vancouver to continue down quadra but surrounded traffic was nuts too, I've never seen it even half this heavy. Yates is down to 1 lane by London Drugs but was flowing fine and had normal levels of traffic, it was just Quadra/Pandora and surrounding block that was crazy. I thought there must be some event or something going on, it was odd. People were getting angry, gridlock kept almost happening and people were honking and yelling. I almost got hit crossing the street by someone making an illegal right as well.

People love cars! Almost everyone owns one or wants one. I bet less that 0.1% of the population that can afford one chooses not to have one. Even the "environmentalists".
