Raw Bar is a pretty common term. Seen it a lot in the US, Florida in particular. IME it refers to an oyster bar.

Pescatores is now open, after a long renovation.
Kitchen / Raw Bar is open From 5 pm to 10 pm daily
Commons open from 11:30am - 1am Mon - Sat
Sunday - 11:30am - 12am
