Starting at 239k sounds fairly reasonable depending on the sizing of the units.

Starting at 239k sounds fairly reasonable depending on the sizing of the units.
Their Mosaic units started at $69,900, but that was 1999...a long time ago, eh?
For comparison, The average price paid for a condo in April 2012 was $327,975. In April 2011 the average price was $353,858.

In 1995 I pre-sold two condos for under $70,000. 415 sq. ft. brand new studios.

Crazy. It was when I was seeking info on this project 7 years ago that I first found and joined VV. Obviously my life situation and the housing market have both changed drastically since then so I'm no longer interested in a unit here, but still excited to see it finally get built.

35 units on a single floor ... is that a record for Victoria? The only properties that might come close are the Hudson and (possibly) Shutters...
