You don't see Pella windows in a condo development every day.

What is so great about Pella windows? (geniunely curious)
They can be 3-5x the cost of regular builder grade vinyl windows. Aluminium on the outside, wood on the inside, great locking mechanisms.....not sure if I would put them in my house give the cost. They are a huge premium for the regular vinyl windows.

I like that deck.
The electrical outlets in the bedroom should be flush with the baseboards, but otherwise cool.
I guess the toilet with a bow on it is a gift

Funny, I had the same thought not too long ago. Especially when viewing it from up the avenue on the Victoria side.
