I'm working on getting some info from the developer as we speak. New renderings are also on their way.

Really glad to see that corner redeveloped. Will help set a nice edge of downtown between wharf/cook and Fort to Pandora (Pandora and Cook has 3 buildings going up plus St Andrew's development). Once everything starts filling in it's going to be reallllly awesome.

I can't stand it when they put the bike racks so close to the road.  I want the Costanza spot right by the door, under cover.

The Sales Centre grand opening is set for 16 April; I wonder how many of the 75 units will be sold by the end of the month?

I've heard the building will come with a BMW i3 on some sort of car share program....only thing I don't quite understand is what will happen when someone brings one back with zero charge

Yes, that is correct. There will be two electric assist bikes available for residents to use.

I was interesting in picked up a unit, but was a bit turned off it being a wood framed building for the price they are charging.

 

Era units seem like a bargain compared to B&W, unless it is the location you are paying for?
