Three weeks later, lots of forms in and filled. Definitely areas I would not want to fall on with all the rebar! Because I think weird stuff like that.
Is this the elevator shaft/utility area?
Repairs to the Zen building are taking place July 3-28, exterior and interior, including vents, flashing, ducting, cracks and painting.

Things are progressing as your photos show. I think B&W is down to just one unit remaining for sale. The skies in Victoria sure seem to be sunny for many weeks now!

Your weather on the island has been amazing since the early part of June. I guess that will help builders get things out of the ground much quicker. Thanks for showing an update to the site. Anyone have updates on the 200 Cook St project at Oliphant?

Glen, the weather has been amazing, with the exception of smoky skies and we finally had a bit of rain last night. I am back to the Black and White on Tuesday, so I will get some more shots. I was wondering how it was looking!

Looking forward to seeing whatever photos you manage to take. It's very interesting watching these projects develop form concept, to final city approval to the actual build. The entire process helps anyone looking to purchase a yet to be built home.
It would be great if purchasers were to leave there thoughts after the move into their homes and see how they have found the entire process.

You took some very nice pictures yet again. You get a very good perspective from where I figure you are on the Zen building.
The B&W is scheduled for completion n earlier than September 2018 and up to December 2018.
