Since 1990 we’ve only had a 900+ sale May and June twice, 2007 and this year.

Are you seeing prices going up across the board for condos and SFH? Or just one or the other?

SFH have definitely gone up from what I'm seeing. I'm curious about condos too.

Home prices in the core are up 4-5% this year.  Condos seems to be lagging that number.
