Architect is CEI Architecture Planning Interiors and LADR Landscape Architects.
Developer is Morgan Street Ventures Limited, no idea who this is.

Developer is Morgan Street Ventures Limited, no idea who this is.
The principal is Paul Nault. Local tradesman, very energetic and capable.

Just a few properties further west on Christmas Hill two 8-storey condos were approved. Nothing has happened with the project yet, I don't think.

This project is now planned with 53 units across 5 floors and six townhomes.

Here is another feel good story for you. The developer of this project is a friend of mine. He was in Florida this week playing in the golf channel Snead division after qualifying at Bear Mountain.
He was eight strokes back from the leader with four holes to play.
He ends up winning the national title. The golf world is abuzz with this outstanding feat. Congratulations Paul.

The project is in its last stages of approval from Saanich!

DP from Saanich was approved months ago; the ball is in the developer's court now. Not sure if the delay is related to financing issues or the fact that the market has a glut of condos at the moment, or something else.
Anyone know how long a DP can stay valid in Saanich? How many years does a developer have to move ahead with the approvals in place?
