I haven't seen many detailed renderings for this project. Will it not be butting up directly against the theatre?

Images showed the podium butting up against the Capitol 6 and the higher floors being set back.

Oh, I see. I guess on the View Street side there's a large space there where the vehicle entrance is and because of how the shorter section is offset a bit.

Was by the site today, steel reaching to the forth floor on the View Street side. On the Yates street side, the second story floor is right up against the theatre building ...

Construction of Yello is around the 6th/7th floor, or approximately half height.

Yup, I can see it now...
From the ground, it is about one full floor above the Capital 6 theatre.

Today they were bringing in 3/4 size bathtubs.. not long enough to fully stretch out in, but they had a nice sloped back, which is probably all the length you need..

saw a movie at the odeon today and gotta say it felt more "city-like" down there than ever with cranes and new buildings rising in the area. you can see the 1515 tower from the stairwell inside the odeon and you can see escher and yello when you leave the theatre. very cool
