The Christmas Hill Green project didn't get much air time on VV while it was under construction, but these two 3-storey condos have been completed for several months and are perched atop a little rise on "Douglas Street" overlooking HWY 17.

Wow! Did the architect/developer have the goal to create the most bland project possible or was that just a happy (?) coincidence?

What's with small windows? Do people crave interior wall space to hang photos?

Must be much, much cheaper to build walls than to put in floor to ceiling windows.
@LJ, they are indeed only three storey buildings.
