Kinda wondering: I assume you're not really, really tall. So, was some sort of gadget such as a remote control helicopter mounted camera involved?

- Janion Strip Out Complete
- Soils Remediation Complete
- Preliminary Excavation Complete
- Full Building Permit Issued.
Knight Contracting of Victoria has been engaged as Project Manager to coordinate the interior structural upgrade of the Janion and the final Excavation and Foundation work for the new structure.

….The interior heritage elements have now been removed for restoration and the remainder of the interior has been stripped to the bare walls. Preliminary site excavation is complete, and most importantly, the City of Victoria has issued the building permit for the project…..

Can you share when work will resume at the site, Jon? I've noticed that there hasn't been much activity since the phases mentioned in your post were completed.
Soils removal has allowed us to revisit the foundation design for a more cost effective system with less piles etc. That redesign is underway now. Final sealing of interior brick etc. Some Masonry work on the interior to start next week.

They're starting preliminary work on the foundation. The fellow I spoke with said the tides are at the perfect height at this time of year for that work.

As video is always more interesting than just pictures...
It's been quiet over there (from a drilling standpoint) since this video but it looks like they're about to start up again. I was thinking that first pile might just have been a test?

Pouring concrete into one of the first piles. Note how much water is first evacuated from the pipe. Once they see concrete they start lifting out the pump tube and man that thing is long...
