I can now see 4 cranes from various windows at my condo.

^-- interesting framing there. Looks like the crane was set atop the church tower.

I cannot believe how much excavation still remains to be done or how massive a site this is.

Crane #2 - this one bright green - is starting to be erected.

Although additional excavation still needs to be done, quite a bit of concrete has been poured and a small section of the underground parking is now up to the second level.

I believe it'll be the same crane that worked on Hudson Walk.

I believe it'll be the same crane that worked on Hudson Walk.

Although it won't have to be anywhere near as tall.

I am curious as to why the second crane on this project is so tall for only a 6-storey building.

In order to freely swing over the shorter red crane.

Might the taller crane help take down the shorter one after all done?

I don't think so, I think they'll be dismantled the same way they were erected.

In order to freely swing over the shorter red crane.

That went through my mind as I made my post above, but I thought to myself that the path of one crane would not be allowed to intersect the other.

The two cranes at 1515 Douglas intersect and so do the ones at Encore. That's quite common.

Encore is outside my normal visual queue, but I am not sure why the Douglas/Pandora project didn't come to mind. Chalk it up to "Friday brain".
