I am thinking the tenant will be either Quality or Save On
Save owns a piece of Quality Jim invested in the company gave them a boost a few years ago.
We are still a long way out ground is still being broken onsite,

Yes Quality has the best deli in any grocery store and the hot food table is great especially the Chinese Food and Ribs. If you haven't tried it you're missing

I am not familiar with the "Save on Save" stores? Are they a large chain? Oh, and who is Jim?

i think there's enough save on's in town..a quality foods would be nice! i wouldn't have to drive out to view royal every time i want to shop there... i'd LOVE a no frills though but i think that is just hopeful thinking

I wonder if they factored that into their plans. Would soil samples have told them there would be so much clay, or would this just be a nasty surprise?
