Trades jobs are regional, in that the workers go where the work is, not to a specific location for their entire career.
Like a bus driver is not a downtown worker, just because their bus moves through downtown.
So you just don't count 100s of jobs downtown? Like I said, might be different people but the numbers are still there, and they might be on a job a year and move to another.
Ah if you are talking about career jobs then we would need to identify what that is.. Not a store front desk clerk certainly.
What is the context of this? Higher paid people ride bikes more or don't?
