The media are always mixing things up, it's probably a file photo of an excavator on a parking lot.

I believe this build is being financed by Laurentian? I thought I saw their sign on the Johnson street entrance to the job site.

The variation in height of the buildings in this block is thoroughly underwhelming.

Has Cox released any details on unit sizes here? One of the more unusual aspects of Sutton East and Sutton West (the 10-storey structures next door) is that all of the units are exactly the same size with 'mirrored' floor plans throughout the buildings, although these 2 bed, 1.5 bath units are probably 'large' by modern standards (and in comparison to the junior 2 bedroom units at the Wade).
