Hi there,
I'm wondering if what the completion dates are like for 1075 Pandora and 1088 Johnson? Any thoughts on when they may actually complete? If you live nearby, how is the noise??

The developer is planning a spring start there, so my guess would be a mid-to-late 2018 completion.
As for 1075 Pandora, it's scheduled for completion later this year.

The first couple of floors here are really starting to come together. I think this is going to look better in person than I expected from the renderings.

This sucker is up to about the 8th floor and is looking good. It is actually beginning to look like North Park is in the middle of a city and not in Chemainus!

Alas, this project is in Harris Green, not North Park. The SJW-organic-granola-consumers that inhabit much of my 'hood would detonate a nuclear device before allowing something this massive and "gentrifying" into their area.

The floor to ceiling windows that wrap the entirety of the ground floor at this site will make for quite the happening coffee shop or restaurant or whatever goes in there. Looks really top notch.
