Matt R., can you confirm this from a food safety and economic perspective?
 


I was chef at a large restaurant in Oak Bay that did a large brunch every Sunday. I can confirm that your idea dos not work. :)

Had a buffet lunch once with Peter Ustinov at The Four Seasons in Toronto. He sat on the far side of the room, but still....

Matched with a decor normally seen in elementary school gymnasiums. Pair that up with famous Scottish cuisine, what could go wrong?

They have a new chef with extremely high standards. I’d guess the food is good.

Pro tip: do not include the sound of a deck of cards being shuffled in your radio ads describing the new buffet restaurant.

They also have a "plated breakfast" for $5 up until noon.

Went to the seafood buffet Saturday night. They ran out of seafood before 6.

Worst part was they kept selling the buffet and didn't tell people. The found out by going up to the buffet and finding pork tenderloin in a shrimp sauce as there seafood.
