Matt R., can you confirm this from a food safety and economic perspective?

I was chef at a large restaurant in Oak Bay that did a large brunch every Sunday. I can confirm that your idea dos not work.

Had a buffet lunch once with Peter Ustinov at The Four Seasons in Toronto. He sat on the far side of the room, but still....

Matched with a decor normally seen in elementary school gymnasiums. Pair that up with famous Scottish cuisine, what could go wrong?

They have a new chef with extremely high standards. I’d guess the food is good.

Went to the seafood buffet Saturday night. They ran out of seafood before 6.
