The DVBA is bringing a 65-foot Ferris Wheel into Centennial Square for Christmas! It'll be up and running by Saturday's Light-Up...

November 17, 2012 - 4:00pm to 5:45pm

Join the DVBA and City of Victoria to kick-off the holiday season in Centennial Square with the fifth annual downtown Christmas Tree Light-Up ... a growing Victoria holiday tradition. Enjoy musical performances, roving entertainment, ice sculptures and free treats before the Island Farms Santa Light Parade. Stop by on your way home from work or bring the whole family down to share the joy of the season! Rain or shine. Free.

It will be operational by this weekend. And also on Saturday evening the Santa Clause parade will take place on Government Street :)
