Society is shielded from this stuff. Talk to an ER nurse

I have, they tell me they take the patient off marijuana they suddenly get better. I ask how can they be sure it was only marijuana? they shrug their shoulders.

Lots of things can potentially cause psychosis, hypnosis for example.

The biggest recommendation is to limit the amount of THC, which is limited in this country.

I can see lots of benefits to not having fentanyl mixed with your cannabis. I think that’s just science.

All of this was discussed before legalization.

Presumably they test for other substances, and they shrug their shoulders because they’re too busy to have a debate.

can’t test for everything. You trust a psychotic patient?

The blood results will tell the whole story, no need to even ask the patient. Fentanyl is an opiate, easy peasy to test for it.

They can test for hypnosis, EEG biofeedback, etc?

Lots of weird things they don’t routinely test for or can.

The easiest excuse for this embarrassing situation is: “ it was just a little marijuana “

That’s why they don’t listen to excuses and test the blood, and why hypnotic episodes end when the patient stops using weed.

Not sure about the EEG though. Sounds too expensive for Canada.

You’re entitled to your opinion, these are just my observations.

After CBC did a negative story about the EEG(BrainPaint®) I wanted to try it out and they were offering a discount. The company that was offering it in Victoria went out of business shortly after that. Looks like others might be offering it locally now.

I think I did get smarter after that, but maybe that was just ageing. As I had brought up the CBC story they had warned me it probably wouldn’t do anything, however might cause psychosis and has in one of there other patients.

It was a bit like a massage.

The moral of the story is that now we all get to pick and choose which experts we believe based on our own lived experience. What a time to be alive!

I believe in a 50% chance of aliens visiting this planet regularly, but also a 50% chance of that not happening. I think that seems most reasonable given the data available.

The moral of the story is that now we all get to pick and choose which experts we believe based on our own lived experience...

And let's not forget that opinion varies based who is paying the experts to say it.

Only a few that can write prescriptions though.

Netherlands begins trial to make cannabis fully legal
“..Cannabis users in two Dutch cities can smoke legally for the first time as authorities roll out a trial that would expand the country’s tolerance of marijuana to full legality...”

“.. consumption of small quantities of cannabis is illegal but police choose not to enforce the law as part of a “tolerance” policy that has been in place since the 1970s…”: https://amp.theguard...bis-fully-legal

The stuff from the Dutch Bakery in Victoria never seems to do much.
