819 has 3 levels of underground parking so you wager is actually saying that 819 will need 1 floor on grade.. Totally possible

Yup, was having coffee across the street and noticed cement truck after cement truck coming and going ... backed up two at a time.

When I walked past the site yesterday afternoon it looked like it still required more blasting to get the underground parking all at the same level. It has been nice to see some form work and concrete pours taking place.
