I'm hoping the excavation for this goes quicker than for Legato ... If this project keeps up the pace its been on so far we mighr see it catch Legato ...

If "989" encounters the same soil conditions as Legato (a mix of clay & rock) expect similar delays. The Mush-Rock Combo (a third rate opening act for Tinto Rocks) seems to create significant challenges
