that block used to be a dead zone. it's practically unrecognizable compared with just a few years ago.

A dead zone but at least with surface parking spots :-)

I'll take these comments as the next best thing to a compliment from HB on the new bike lanes on that block.

Yes it is now quite alive with hundreds of residents.

The bike lane through that stretch will be OK.

yeah the bike lane will connect douglas st with the new bridge, which seems to be the goal along there. that block of pandora will become more a part of downtown also. it was sort of a no-man's land separating chinatown & lower johnson & blocks to the south. everything that's happening down there including the changes at market square will integrate everything together.

Yeah, the rejuvenation along Pandora along with the Hudson projects have really expanded downtown northwards. Downtown will be expanding further north with the Ironworks project. That Capital Iron parking lot is growing a huge bullseye as we speak.

And if I live to be 200, perhaps I may even see some development of the Rock Bay lands!

Suite #406 is show suite. 950 sq ft  outside patio (wrap around) is 520 sq ft. that's larger than than a Janion Condo.

is that just for the one unit or is it shared? it looks huge

You should reach out to your realtor, who will then reach out to the sales team/developer and confirm. It could very well be that only select units have been postponed, just like we saw with occupancy at the Janion that was staggered.

A belated TY for the suggestion.

Does anyone know who/what will be occupying the 1st floor commercial space?

Thanks

Looks like they moved one of the penthouses today for $1,079,000 or $880 per foot.

Another perspective...

Those top floor penthouses do look nice.

Just received word that our Feb 22nd Completion Date is bumped due to City inspection and approval process that will occur next week.
Expected but still disappointing.

How long was the Janion delayed for approvals?

How long was the Janion delayed for approvals?

In the spring, Janion buyers were "suggested" summer occupancy by the developer.  In reality it didn't happen until mid December. Some portions of the building are still waiting for "occupation" (eg., people with parking spaces can't use them for several months) but the delays now are not the fault of the developer, it's the city that is behind in their completion of the plaza in front of the Johnson St bridge.

Fourth floor unit sold today for $724,395 or $878 per foot.  That is the second unit to sell in the $880 per foot range.  Impressive.
