That's not a backhoe it's an excavator.

That area could be a sinkhole waiting to happen and then the backhoe will disappear.

VHF gets quite offended if denigrate an excavator by calling it a backhoe, I know, I've been schooled.

I don't think we have heard when pre sales will start.
EDIT: Their web page says pre sales Summer 2017. There are 10 days left to meet that date.

Thanks for posting all the updated images.
So just one level of underground parking? Are many of the units being sold without spaces? It would also appear they have manged to control the ground water?
I can't seem to find any updates on possible sales info?

This project includes 68 parking stalls in an underground and surface configuration. There are a total of 36 condos, 17 rentals, with 19 parking spots associated with the commercial component, as far as our data shows.

It appears that all condos and most rentals will have a spot; perhaps the commercial component will be larger than I thought to have so many spaces.

Has anyone received any communication from this developer? I submitted a form to be included in their emails and updates. No reply, no nothing. Nada, dick, diddly squat. Is there a pre-sale list? Is there a list of any kind? Hello? Is anybody home? Hello. Is this thing on?
