I went past this place a couple days ago & saw there are a bunch of concrete blocks arranged to create some bays for dumping stuff, similar to a lot of these sort of places. Not all that interesting imho. View Royal has a page with some more info, I don't know if it's been posted before or not:

haha oops. still those bin areas look pretty similar to the ones at the ralmax place on bay st.

We've been told that this is not a partnership with the Esquimalt and Songhees nations and only involves the Esquimalt Nation, contrary to the View Royal document that's linked.
