The Sakura rep I spoke with was not 100% sure (he said he'd need to double-check) but thinks they have a Bell 403 helicopter shell in the building.  I mean he knows they have a helicopter in there, but was not 100% on the make.

Ok, I THOUGHT I saw a helicopter inside when driving past the other day, but then I thought, naw, it couldn't have been.

Yeah, that's what I thought I saw when I peered into the building while driving by. Crazy.

I think it's the same developer that's sitting on this baby, behind the tech building that has the VW camper inside.

 

 

Say what you want about this guy, he seems to have an agenda.
