A rendering released of The Railyard's last phase (http://victoria.citi...-west-revealed/) seems to indicate that Lefevre & Company will be replacing the logging road-esque Vic West welcome sign at the foot of the Bay Street Bridge.

And with the new Johnson Street Bridge removing the need for the S-curve where the other welcome sign is, I think we'll see them both disappear together.

Hallelujah.

Thanks Mike. Do you have an updated map or overhead view of this? The pictures make it somewhat difficult to tell what is happening where. I don't see the park that was proposed in previous maps of the area.

Unfortunately this is all that I have, but I'm sure we'll see more once the upcoming phases for Railyards go to public hearing.

I posted an overhead in the Railyards thread.  The 3 phases basically run north to south.  The powerpoint presentation on the CoV website shows that it goes:

1 - top 4 buildings

2 - next 3 buildings

3 - last big building plus the park
