The fabric of Cordova Bay is evolving to include 26 acres of new parks, trails, gardens and housing at the corner of Cordova Bay Road and Fowler Road.

 

In 2014 Aragon Properties bought the vacant Trio site and began planning a diverse and walkable community that respects its surroundings and builds on the great traditions of the long established Cordova Bay community.

 

THE CONCEPT

 

Based on extensive public consultation a neighbourhood plan has emerged that focuses on housing that is accessible to a wide community, parks that are connected to the neighbourhood and numerous amenities.

That looks like a great little master planned area though hopefully the whole thing won't be one strata as that's inviting a lot of strife between SFH owners, townhouse owners and condo owners, as I see all three in there.

 

The views from that upper terrace area should be fantastic.

Surprising that Jawl didn't buy that land up and develop it to complement his development across the street.
