Best before dates, are they accurate?

The best before date is just that, it will be at it's freshest and best tasting by that date. After that it won't hurt you, just might not be as tasty or efficacious.

From what I've seen the consistency may change and it can start to look a little gross. I'd go out and get a new tube.

Just had milk on my cereal dated for January 5.... no problem with it THIS time, others....
Predictive text and a tiny keyboard are not my friends!
