Btw, the telephone poles just look terrible around this project, would be nice to see them buried downtown- would also spare the trees those nasty haircuts.

I believe all residential are 1105 Pandora Avenue (distinguished by N### for the north building and S### for the south building), and the commercial units are all 1110 Johnson Street.

I believe all residential are 1105 Pandora Avenue (distinguished by N### for the north building and S### for the south building), and the commercial units are all 1110 Johnson Street.
The reason I was asking is because in the disclosure statement it says: "the lands are located at 1105 Pandora Avenue, 1110 Johnson Street and 1120 Johnson street. The City of Victoria has advised the part of the building facing Pandora Street (hence the old Medical Arts building or North building) will retain the address of 1105 Pandora, and the completely new part of the building at the corner of Johnson & Cook Streets (hence the new building or South building) will have the address of 1411 Cook Street." I was therefore under the impression that all units in the new building would be 1411 Cook Street (The lobby entrance to the building is indeed on Cook Street). This clashes with what has appeared in at least one real estate listing for an assignment. Has a modification been made to the disclosure statement in this regard?

The chosen addresses can change, it's not a big deal.
Recall that across the street the 13-storey project was referred to as 1075 Pandora Avenue from the proposal stage until the last phase of construction, then just before the building received its occupancy permit the address changed to 1488 Cook for the residential portion while the commercial portion retained 1075 Pandora.

...just before the building received its occupancy permit the address changed to 1488 Cook for the residential portion...
Which is a bit odd since the entrance to the residential portion is on Pandora.

The entrance is actually on Cook Street.
Is it? I guess I haven't paid that much attention since it was completed.

There are two residential entrances. The "lobby" entrance with the elevators is what Mike has linked, but there is also the "staircase" entrance on Pandora (and the parking garage entrance on as well).

What about the rooftop entrance for those arriving by helicopter?

Just finalized my purchase of one of the 2BR + Den units via assignment. Looking forward to completion, whenever that actually ends up being!
I take it that you purchased the one on the second floor. We had originally purchased that precise unit before switching to another one that became available when the original buyer upgraded to a 3BR unit.

Who is the General Contractor for this project?

It could very well be, although I think I remember seeing listings for two different 2BR + Dens for sale on the second floor. We purchased the one in the south/new building.

Where is the gym going to be located in this building? Is it going to be full sized? (more then just a treadmill, yoga mat, and small dumbbells)
As best as I know, there isn't going to be any gym. There is going to be sauna up on the roof but that is all.

But now that I’m looking on the website it doesn’t say anything about it...
