I wish Abstract had used that brick or similar on their Bowker project. They opted for IMO a clunky brick that is just the wrong shade for me.

Hi. Thanks to everyone who posts updates here. I purchased a condo in this project pre-construction and don't live on the island so I check here ever so often to see how it is progressing. Unfortunately, I have not received an official email update on the project from the developers/owners since last year. I was searching my inbox for the last one and that was one that spoke of occupancy fall of last year. Have others been getting official emailed updates? Does anyone have a contact that they can share to get more info? Emails thus far have gone unanswered. Kind regards.

We are trying our best to obtain a phased occupancy and completion, with the NORTH (Pandora) building targeted to be complete on or about July 31st, and the SOUTH building 90‐120 days later. However, there are certain conditions that must exist and we are working with the City of Victoria to achieve these conditions. Phased occupancy was never contemplated previously, so there are a number issues that we are attempting to resolve so we can achieve an occupancy on the NORTH building before the SOUTH building is complete.
