CIBC sets sights on high-profile Saanich location

A vacant lot near the busy intersection of Shelbourne Street and McKenzie Avenue will soon be transformed into a CIBC bank, according to planning documents filed with the municipality of Saanich.

 

First Capital Realty has applied to construct a two-storey, 8,300 square foot financial services building at 3959 Shelbourne Street in Gordon Head, a property adjacent to a Petro-Canada gas station and the western perimeter wall of the Tuscany Village retail complex. [Full article]
