Talked with some employees of surrounding businesses at the Duncan Mall and they all believed that the renos taking place are for the new JYSK. Drove by on the weekend but did not see any signs indicating that it will be a JYSK.

There's a banner outside the space being renovated in the Duncan Mall that says the JYSK will open in Fall 2017.
