So the Cookie Guy now has a sign on the door/window that says "maximum occupancy load 10 persons".
But it has seating for at least a dozen. I've never seen a sign like that. I presume fire officials told them that was the limit. Odd.

If I remember correctly, Tacofino had this issue when they first opened and even hired a 'bouncer' to enforce the rule at night.
Interesting. I wonder if adding a second door makes the capacity higher.

Right, the Pita Pit dilemma. Remove all seating and capacity is unlimited.
