I had an architect friend mock up the street view for you with his CAD. ^ ^

 

There will be a glass canopy there along the side.

 

There will be two apartments above and an office at the back.   

 

The pizza place will have electric-assist cargo bike delivery.

 

The building will be a very dark blue, with yellow highlights, like the lamps over the signage.

 

It's by the people that own the pub.

Especially next to the Fernwood which already has limited parking and the nearby streets are pretty well all Resident Parking Only. Which is why I don't like to go there...not that they seem to be hurting from the lack of my business.
