Wow, I really expected a different result here. I think ASE is right in the centre right being anti CC. I have traditionally voted NDP, but haven't liked an NDP leader since Harcourt. I voted NDP because of Carol James in my riding, but the Green pull was strong. Can't stand CC's government.
What party did you vote for in the 2017 BC election?

The idea that the greens may get 15% of the popular vote and only 1 seat is ridiculous. We need proportional representation now.

43 NDP
42 Lib
1 Green
Oak Bay seniors are counting the ballot boxes......might take some time to get the first poll in. If it is Green, that would leave the Greens able to work with the Libs. What an odd couple.
Still early yet.

One of the poll counters in Oak Bay accidentally used some of the ballots in a jellied salad. They are trying to remove the brown bean and spam jelly from each to record the outcome.

Interesting how the site's poll results are so different from Victoria's results. I guess "we" aren't really 1:1 cross-section of the community.

^ Ain't that the truth! I had assumed, over the SIC issue, and some of the Facebook bleating about us around that issue, that we all marched around in jackboots and Harper costumes at night. That doesn't appear to be the case, however...

All the love that flows towards bike lanes and our Green mayor on VV made it pretty easy to predict that this community leans Green
