Didn't the west shore already have an IB school, years ago? Edward Milne maybe?

Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific in Metchosin is an IB school.

I like the concept. A student doesn't have to be rich, or even have perfect grades to apply. But they must be smart, standouts, leaders. Kids that graduate from IB schools are expected to sail into the best universities.

Yes. The IB program is in many public schools, although the only public one in Victoria that offers it is Victor Brodeur.

Ah, yes, I spoke to my old friend and confirmed that indeed it was Belmont that had the IB program back in the day. Not sure which programs they offered, we did it get into that much detail
