What was the name of the restaurant that was on the corner next to the memorial arena.. Late 80s early 90s. Later turned into a car lot. Blanshard and Caledonia. Driving us crazy trying to remember.

Overtime or double overtime if I remember. Before that I remember it was a donut shop, Robbins donuts.

It was Geoff Courtnall and I think, a couple of partners associated with UVic. One of the basketball Vikings?

Geoff later sold it and opened Double Overtime in downtown Vancouver.

JC's Overtime. As in John Cantin from Johns Place.

I'm sure it was one of those guys.

I recall the wall decoration was the centre of a basketball court, either a replica or the real thing...didn't they demolish the old gym around that time? This is a very vague memory. I remember it being a great place for good late-night eats.
