The Local acquires space next door, ‘Farmhouse’ coffee and sandwiches opens this weekend
 
The folks behind the wildly popular The Local restaurant and patio on Wharf Street have taken over the space immediately next door in Bastion Square, the cafe/restaurant formerly known as Paridiso Di Stelle.

They wouldn't have given up the liquor license though would they?

Probably not.  I'm not sure why you would.  Food primaries can do some fun stuff still now, with reduced laws.
