The water lot appears in the documents for the Northern Junk proposal. I'm guessing it is part of that package.

Ah, OK, renovicted maybe. The Harbour Authority seems to run that dock. Maybe I'll ask them what's up. They are always good at responding.

Ah, OK, renovicted maybe.
If true, then they were "renovicted" for a very good reason - the redevelopment of the Northern Junk property!!

Anybody know what's going on here? I'm sure all the boats and homes did not put out to sea at once, for a day trip.
Thanks for reaching out to GVHA with your question. GVHA still owns this property. Due to the work on the Johnson Street Bridge, operations have shifted to allow for this work and necessary maintenance of the docks.

And once again, a timely response and strightforward answer.

I believe it may be for cleaning the head was covered with bird crap and I am sure the acids in the crap degrade the bronze. Highly doubtful it was stolen as a crane would have been need to lift it off the pedestal

We could probably run a VV photo contest with that pedestal while Cook's gone. How's the VV liability insurance?

His compass was also stolen shortly after the last refurbishment by someone (I assume) looking for scrap metal. Maybe that will get replaced again?
