Phase 1 exteriors are mostly complete (scaffolding is down) aside from sidewalks and landscaping. Hard to say how far along things are inside but it looks like drywalling is done.
Phase 2 foundations poured and walls to what I assume is an extended parkade are being formed.

New rendering of Horizon II (http://therailyards.ca/horizonII.html). I'm thinking this view is from/near the corner of Tyee at Skinner Streets looking East.

Every new building in Victoria looks the same...
But every new building at the Railyards pretty much looks the same.

... IMO I think the Railyards buildings have become more boring over time.
There is a monotony to the designs and the later phases do seem a little less colourful.

Anyone know if the there are any Telus or Shaw special promotions at the Horizon? Asking for a couple of clients that have bought into the development.

Horizon Phase I occupancy has been granted. People started moving in last week. Not certain, but I believe all condos were sold but most, if not all, 'skyhomes' are still on the market.

I still think that the strata fees are affecting the sales of the SkyHomes, given that most other 'stand-alone' townhouse developments are able to offer much lower fees. The monthly fee on unit 5 at Bowker Creek Estates is $202 for an 1,823 sq foot townhouse; the monthly fee for unit 102 at the SkyHomes is $524 for 1,278 square feet.

Horizon phase one is indeed sold out. I’ll confirm the SkyHomes.
Signs are up in the windows of the units indicating 'Sold' or 'For Sale'.
As of yesterday there were 2 of 6 sold, units 103/105. Units 101/102/104/106 still for sale.

Apparently now three of the SkyHomes are sold. Two of my clients have moved into the condos; both happy with the finished product. Also props to the developer for allowing early occupancy while everyone awaits completion (titles not yet registered).

I've never understood these high strata fees, they just seem very expensive for what you get. What exactly are you getting for $524 a month? There is no pool, no real landscaping, fitness centre, lounge, etc (hey and I could be wrong I only know this development from driving by)
